I cannot purchase tickets online – is there an alternative way?
Yes, you can call the Myer Horowitz Box office at 780 492 4764 or email them at tickets@horowitzevents.ca. Please note that wheelchair accessible seating is not available online – you do need to contact the theatre directly to book these spots
How long is the show?
Although the length of the show is dependent on many variables, please allot approximately 70-80 min for the show.
My child is performing in the show – when can I pick up my child?
We will have staff and volunteers on hand looking after your performer until the end of the recital. All performers will be waiting in the same area as they were dropped off for pick-up.
We ask all patrons to please wait until the end of the recital to pick up the performer.
Will you be selling Elite merchandise at the recital?
Yes! Look out for our booth in Dinwoodie Lounge (performer drop off area) – we will have an assortment of T-shirts, sweatshirts, water bottles, etc available for purchase!
Payment accepted for merchandise: cash, debit, or Visa/Mastercard
Is there parking near the theatre?
Public parking is available across campus. Closest parkade is the Stadium Carpark as it’s directly connected to the SUB via a pedway on level 7 of the parkade. Education Carpark is another great option as it’s only a few minutes walk to the venue.

What if I forget to bring my tickets to the show?
Unfortunately, if you do not bring your ticket to the theatre, we are unable to re-print your tickets. So please don’t forget them! You can print them or have it available on your electronic device (phone, tablet) to be scanned. If you do not have your tickets, you will have to buy new tickets to gain entry otherwise.
