Do performers need tickets?
Performers do not need to purchase a ticket for this event.

Where is performer check-in?
Performers are to check-in upstairs at your designated time at the Allard Hall at the Feigel Conference Room.  Please note NO food or drinks (other than water) are allowed in the performer room, unless medically necessary. Please arrive in your costume with your hair / makeup done.

How long is the show?
Although the length of the show is dependent on many variables, please allot approximately 50-60 min for the show.

My child is performing in the show – when can I pick up my child?
We will have staff and volunteers on hand looking after your performer until the end of the recital.  All performers will be waiting in the same area as they were dropped off for pick-up.
We ask all patrons to please wait until the end of the recital to pick up the performer.

Do you need any volunteers?
Yes absolutely we would love to have the help from any parent volunteers! If you are willing to volunteer for a portion of the day, please email us! Volunteer duties include security & keeping all our little ones chaperoned, and help with studio merchandise sales. Please email us at elitestudioedmonton@gmail.com if you are able to volunteer ☺️

Will you be selling Elite merchandise at the recital?
Yes! Look out for our booth in the front lobby – we will have an assortment of T-shirts, studio pants,  baseball caps, water bottles, etc available for purchase!
Payment accepted for merchandise: cash, debit, or Visa/Mastercard

Is there parking near the theatre?
Yes, there are parking lots (outdoor and indoor) near the theatre building

Can you scan my tickets from my mobile device?
Yes, the theatre can scan your ticket directly from your phone or Ipad.

What if I forget to bring my tickets to the show?
Unfortunately, if you do not bring your ticket to the theatre, we are unable to re-print your tickets. So please don’t forget them! You can print them or have it available on your electronic device (phone, tablet) to be scanned. If you do not have your tickets, you will have to buy new tickets to gain entry otherwise.Am I allowed to bring in food / drinks into the theatre?

Unfortunately no food or drinks are allowed inside the theatre as per the Allard Hall policies
