Code of Conduct
Respect & Etiquette
- Treat all teachers and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
- Encourage and support classmates – maintain kindness and inclusivity in all interactions.Bullying, inappropriate language, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
- Respect the studio space: floors, mirrors, equipment, and common areas must be cared for and left tidy.
Attendance & Commitment
- Arrive for class on time.
- Consistent attendance is expected; notify the studio if you’ll be absent.
Private lessons cancellation Policy
- Full price for private lessons will be charged if cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges.
Group Classes cancelation Policy
- Our studio has a no-refund policy for group registrations (we rely on confirmed registration numbers to run classes and cover all related expenses)
Payments & Registration
- Tuition is due at the start of each session.
- Registration is confirmed only once payment and forms are complete.
- Late payments may result in suspension from class until resolved.
Recitals & Costume Fees
- Costume fees are charged for sessions when a recital is applicable.
- Costume fees are refundable only if the studio is notified within 2 weeks of registration about non-participation in the recital.
- After the 2-week window, costume fees are non-refundable, as orders and preparations will already be underway.
Media & Privacy
- Photos and videos may be taken during classes, rehearsals, and recitals for promotional purposes.
- Families who prefer not to have their child featured must notify the studio in writing at the time of registration.
- All media is curated to reflect the studio’s values of inclusivity, professionalism, and positivity.
- Personal information and images will never be shared outside of official studio channels without consent.
